Welcome to Desire Attire. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your order.
All sales are final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations unless the item has been grossly misrepresented, such as incorrect sizing or condition. If this occurs, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the item. Please note, minor imperfections such as pin holes, or standard signs of wear due to the vintage nature of our items are not considered grounds for return.
Product Condition
As all our items are second-hand or archive pieces, slight wear or imperfections may be present. We do our best to accurately describe each item and highlight any significant flaws. However, small blemishes, minor pin holes, and other normal signs of wear for vintage items do not apply to our return policy.
Shipping Information
We ship from Barcelona. In most cases, orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise specified. We use UPS courier for worldwide shipments. All items will be sent via standard shipping unless you arrange for a different shipping method.
For express or insured shipping, please inquire prior to purchase to discuss options and costs.
We are not responsible for lost items. We offer insured shipping for added security, but it must be requested prior to purchase. If you would like your order to be sent insured, please contact us before completing your order.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for the package is transferred to the postal service. We are not liable for lost packages unless you have requested and paid for insured shipping. In the event your package is lost, we will do our best to work with the postal service to resolve the issue, but please note that this process may take several weeks.
Return Shipments & Customs
If an item is returned to us due to circumstances outside of our control, such as incorrect delivery details or failure to clear customs, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs again to have the item re-sent. This also includes any fees associated with return custom clearance.
Custom Duties and Import Taxes
For orders outside of the EU, custom duties, taxes, or import VAT may be applied by your country’s customs authorities. Any such additional charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.

We provide detailed item descriptions and measurements to help you make informed purchasing decisions. Please review all product details carefully before placing an order, as all sales are final.
